Krav Maga is the Israeli self-defense system that has been war tested and battle proven. Krav Maga is an effective, war tested and battle proven self-defense system that was developed by Imi Lichtenfeld in 1930 and introduced to the state of Israel after it's partition of Palestine in 1948. After the IDF (Israeli Defense Force) was formed Imi Lichtenfeld became the chief instructor for physical training and Krav Maga. Relative to other martial arts, Krav Maga is known for its focus on real-world situations, efficient and versatile counter-attacks, and ease of learning.
