Donald Corbin: I am a graduate of Hawaii Community College where I received Contractor scholarship awards, and was on the National Dean's list for Community Colleges for my four out of four semesters. I am on a first name basis with most everyone at the Department of Planning and Permtting, here on Oahu, where my work, and my name, are both known and respected.
