We are a Kung Fu school with over 20 years of experience in Shaolin style Kung Fu, Tai Chi and Qigong. With over 100 students ranging in age from young children to adults in the 50's and 60's, we are a very diverse school with the flexibility to accommodate your goals and aspirations. Some of our students have trained in different styles for more than 7 years, and many of our students have never done any kind of martial arts training prior to joining our school.
