I wanted to eliminate my habit of biting my nails, which I had since childhood, and a friend suggested hypnosis. I didn't think I could be hypnotized and go into hypnosis, but Cynthia at Carolina Family Hypnosis made it easy for me. It is great to have nice looking nails, and I can finally say I am rid of that old habit.
