Busiest painting company in the tri-cities. We had Tony and his crew paint our home, when the job was completed we discussed eventually having them come back to do touch ups once we moved in a long with having them do the trim in our basement once it was installed. I reached out to Tony in July about having them come back and was told I was put on their list and that he was hoping to fit us in in December or January as his schedule usually slows down then. When I reached out at the end of November Tony informed me his schedule was now out to February. When I responded and told him we would like to stay on his list for the touch ups and we would find someone else to complete the trim I was met with no response. It should also be noted any time I tried to reach out to Tony it would require a text and a call to get him to respond and he would always respond via text never over the phone.
