My sister and I started A Touch of Whimsey three years ago in the small town of Smithton Mo. After moving 3 times in three years to find a better location (foot traffic etc) we thought we had found the perfect spot in Downtown Sedalia Mo. But shortly after moving in Oct 2012 .We lost everything in a fire two months later in Dec . We now have reopened up at 612 W 16th ST in Sedalia Mo.
