My family is leaving for vacation tomorrow and today I received a phone call from Fetch demanding I pay more money as they have eliminated the 15 minute service. This after I have already confirmed the order earlier in the month and met with our sitter in person.
I asked if they would do this on our next visit - which I totally understood - but no they said I would either upgrade now or the service would be cancelled.
I have been a loyal and happy customer of Fetch's for the last 5 years. That ended today. Shame on you Fetch.
