My experience with ATA LLC was horrible. Paid $350 for lifetime assistance with my computer and they will not return my calls. When I am lucky enough to get someone to answe the phone they sound like I just woke them up. Always telling me someone will return my call within an hour. No one ever returns my call. Last call was with "Andy at Level 3", whatever that means!
