Our Fundamentals program is designed to transition traditional gym movements into the CrossFit style methodology of training. The program is mandatory to be part of CrossFit Affinity's community. Its a 3 week commitment consisting of 3 structured classes each week. The purpose of the Fundamentals is to introduce the athlete to all CrossFit related movements. This is also to allow basic understanding and knowledge to perform the movements safely and efficiently.
