We've used these guys twice in the past two years. They are knowledgeable, do an excellent job, show up on time and are very friendly. We will definitely continue to use them. I am extremely pleased with the results of the carpet we had cared for. The customer service end was stellar--organized, clear, efficient and the results are amazing. I highly recommend them.

I trusted the ratings and I was not disappointment. Phone service was helpful, friendly, detailed and exact in terms of all items. Estimate was precise. Arrival was on time. I was not home and the tech called my mobile as requested. When I got home I was thrilled with final product. Off-white rug was cleaned perfectly, several wool rugs were done excellently, and my hard wood floors were unscathed.
