I trusted the ratings and I was not disappointment. Phone service was helpful, friendly, detailed and exact in terms of all items. Estimate was precise. Arrival was on time. I was not home and the tech called my mobile as requested. When I got home I was thrilled with final product. Off-white rug was cleaned perfectly, several wool rugs were done excellently, and my hard wood floors were unscathed.

I used this company a year ago for my marble floors and they were awesome. And now, and they were great. The guy came, did the job in 40 minutes, and voila, my floors looked much improved. The guy was able to get out most of the stains! I highly recommend Carpet Cleaning Geeks and the prices are very reasonable.
