I am a Firefighter/Paramedic and I realize the importance of weight loss and fitness. I decided to become a Firefighter at 44 years old. I had been a Paramedic for many years, but in todays market I found it necessary to be dual certified in order to stay comptetive. At the time I weighed 315 pounds and had a 54 inch waist. It was through the Visalus weight loss and fitness system that I became better fit and have lost a total of 60 pounds. My goal is to help others develop a healthier lifestyle by losing weight, better fitness by working out and more income (if wanted) by promoting the challenge with us.
