J&R towing is the absolute worst tow company I have ever delt with in over 50 years. They came to tow our truck from Haysville all the way to 45th st north. They were supposed to tow it to Ferber collision works on north 32nd just a few miles away. This was Saturday it's now late Monday evening 4:45pm and they still haven't taken it there yet. They took it all the way south 40 minutes away. Every time I call they just say they are busy. I spoke to a guy at 11am and he said I'm next in line I just spoke to him at 4:40 pm and he feed me the same BS.
