We are also excited to work with women who are "stressed out, burnt out, and out of balance". Our approach addresses the core imbalances, supporting women in living life in a balanced and whole way. 'Live It - Healthy' has the philosophy that all medicine is good medicine, when used appropriately. There are real reasons and conditions and a need to be on antidepressants. Antidepressants are meant to stabilize our mood so that we can function normally. In this philosophy we do not differ from the standard of care that has been established with the Western medical system. Where we differ with the Western medical system is, once you have been stabilized you should work towards supporting the biochemical pathways that create the neurotransmitters and wean off of the medication. Weaning off of antidepressant medication can be tricky unless you establish and treat the biochemical pathway that needs support. We can Help.
