Customer beware,l do not recommend this contractor;He is not completely licensed;He is way overpriced in materials,etc.Not professional in customer relations,timely management of work,intregrity or reliability.Constant delays and excuses. Has abandoned tile completion for front and back porch patio's.Tile for back porch laid on June 24,2014. Tile for front porch laid on June 26,2014. Clean up of excess grout,residue haze plus shine of tile has not been accomplished.Should be done within 72hrs. Tile work is shoddy / botched up in numerous locations.Grouting / caulking for tile gaps adjacent outer edges of house foundation not accomplished.Contractor has not replied / answered any of our e-mails / calls since July 8,2014. Also ordered and paid for(May 7,2014) a screen storm door for front porch. Still have not received it / installed it.....Door priced at $356.00 / contractor charged us $431.00. As of July 28-31,2014 screen storm door has since been cancelled by contractor and re-credited back into his account(Found out thru Lowes where door was ordered).We are now out no screen storm door or our money back.This was a separate transaction.Better Business Bureau has been contacted.City of San Marcos will also be notified.
