Locally raised grass-fed beef sold directly to the customer.

Potters Brook Ranch is the parent company of Potters Brook Cattle Company which is a small start up farm/ranch where we raise grass fed beef to be sold directly to the customer on a wholesale basis. The cattle will be processed at a local slaughterhouse. Customers can buy beef by the whole animal, side of beef (half) or split side (quarter). Customers will receive a proportional amount of the different cuts (steaks, stews, ground beef etc) depending on which side they decide to buy.
