Bandwidth customized a call center application with the NEC application. We have 64 agents in 4 groups and the call are being answered more efficiently and we now have the data we need on sales people and ad campaigns we need to make informed decisions. Scott C

Installed a NEC System and cabled the office. Great price and they trained me to program the system with the web interface! Now I can program moves and changes myself from my computer I am in control!! Mark and Mike did a great job.

ILLEGAL TREPASSING and DISCONNECT SERVICES with NO AUTHORIZATION- OUR COMPANIES LEGAL TEAM REPORTED MIKE B TO BUSINESS & PROFESSIONAL PRACTICES FOR UNLAWFUL ACTIONS. THEY HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO MANAGE THEIR BUSINESS AND ARE IN MULTIPLE LAW SUITS. SUGGEST ALTERNATE SERVICE PROVIDER.
