Not considerate of other peoples time. I come from a family of merchants and manual laborers we were taught that our customers should be considerate of our time and we should likewise be considerate of our customers time as We would never set up an appointment with a customer,not show up, not call, then, after apologising for doing so do the exact same thing the next very next day You made the appointment times which I considerately stayed home all day to wait for you and once again no show,no call.my texts inquiring if you were indeed going to come today as promised went unanswered and only illicited a texted apology and promise to call next day after my husband called from his business line and left you a message that it wasn't a very nice thing that you did and you were impolite to disrespect customers whose business you are soliciting. I always feel bad when I feel like I've been made into a sucker for being considerate of others , especially of other working peoples time..Rosa, I bet you would consider it a slap in the face if you and your crew were met with an empty house if you had shown up to work and no one was here to greet you for our appointment.but that wouldn't have happened because we are considerate people. Looking at older reviews your business appears to continue to treat new potential clients in a similar fashion. Rosa, you should learn how to just graciously say "I'm sorry but I cannot take on any new clients at this time" so that others can continue looking for help from another business. That would be the right thing to do.
