Life is way too short to waste time dealing with a business like this, and I'm only writing such a long review to make sure this organization doesn't waste others time as they did with mine. Let me preface that I work in construction and have made many many purchases for years through the internet, most of which turn out great. I have even made purchases through international companies and not had as much trouble as with this organization. After this company took my money there was a complete breakdown in communication. I was promised delivery for a month straight to no avail. The accessories that I had bought and paid for were "immediately shipped out" but magically did not have a tracking number. I've yet to find a shipping company that operates and delivers in the United States that don't provide tracking numbers. Find another company. My experience with them was horrible.
