Great customer service!! Friendly staff that know the area. Units are in perfect condition along with a great starter kit already in the unit upon arrival. Our family had a great vacation and will be coming back to use Preview Gulf Shores again. It was easy booking a property with them and the arrival was very easy too. We did not have to go to an office to check in. Instead we went straight to the condo and did not have to waste time waiting in line or having someone figure out who we were or what unit we were checking in to. Our 1st vacation to Gulf Shores was a very nice experience.
