To be honest I saw their ad when I was watching the news and needed to get some work done for a new water heater I needed to get installed in a new house I just purchased. I called them up and they were extremely pleasant, they guaranteed that the pricing I was getting was the absolute lowest not to mention one of the owners I believe his name was WIll called me a few days later to make sure I had a great experience with the company. Overall I am pretty impressed with the service I received. I will call them again if I have any ac or plumbing needs...

Do not use this company. Penguin Air replaced my AC last year and the entire process up through today has been a dosaster. They first assessed my unit to replace my AC and told me it would not be a problem. Then they called and said that they couldn't find a unit the same size as mine that would fit so they would have to go a half ton smaller. They reassured me that with the enhancemnets in technology I would not notice a difference in performance. Then they came out and said the half ton smaller would not fit and they would have to go a full ton smaller, again reassuring me that I would notice no difference in quality and performance. Performance is far worse and the unit is 5x's as loud, which the informed me there was nothing they could do because a lot of customers complain about the noise with these units. Over the curse of this whole disaster they came out to my home over 7 different times while trying to "get it right" and now today, a little over a year post an $8,000.00 replacement installation they said that they could come out to service a bad compressor (labor warranty expired at 1 year) but would not call my home warranty company to provide the diagnosis code so that I could receive reimbursement. They said that they no longer work with home warranty companies because it's too much of a hassle for them. Good to know that Penguin Air puts themselves before their customers. Wish I had known this before I purchase through them. Avoid using them.
