Tracy started out great. I used him to photograph at least 20 hurs. However, when it got towards the end he did not always show on time. He was over an hour and half late one time and did not notify me in advance until I checked in with him. This was for an owner occupied house. He took an aerial of the wrong house May 18th one time and I am still waiting for him to make it right and take a replacement aerial. Of course he promised several times but has not shown as of todays date March 8th. Beware of buying packages.
