Tracy started out great. I used him to photograph at least 20 hurs. However, when it got towards the end he did not always show on time. He was over an hour and half late one time and did not notify me in advance until I checked in with him. This was for an owner occupied house. He took an aerial of the wrong house May 18th one time and I am still waiting for him to make it right and take a replacement aerial. Of course he promised several times but has not shown as of todays date March 8th. Beware of buying packages.

Scott Korbin, MBA (client) Scott hired you as a Photographer in 2013 and hired you more than once Top qualities: Great Results, Good Value, Creative “My first experience hiring Tracy to photograph a Listing was phenomenal. He was reasonably priced & produced high quality work. My second experience caused me to believe that Tracy was "for real." He was punctual with great follow through and provided some very creative solutions to a challenging Listing. My third experience turned me into a Raving Fan. He's a team player, looking to add value in sustainable ways. He's a great communicator and provides exceptional value. If you don't want to hire Tracy to photograph your Listings, you'll be giving those of us who do a major competitive advantage. If you'll simply refer people his way, you'll give him more time to focus on continuing to add value to his clients instead of forcing him to raise prices, or chase new business. Give him a try today, and you'll thank me for having made the recommendation. In a very short time, I'm already seeing him as an important part of my team's growth and performance.” March 1, 2013
