They were honest and straightforward, letting us know up front what was and was not going to be possible for us based on our pre-approval, explaining the types of places we shouldn't buy based on resale value, and helping us make sense of the of the whole home buying process. Getting started with this real estate agents was easy, as they listened closely and understood what I hoped to find in a home. We were lucky enough to find the home we wanted to purchase very quickly, and without their advice, we would never have been able to seal the deal in such a tight timeline. Once I went to them, as I was trying to buy a new property at Louisville. So I employed an agent from Louisville Home Pros, he gave me a great service. He informed me everything about the location that we decided to buy like, current price, resale value, advantages, environment. I liked him very much because he was straightforward and caring.
