We have been in business in New Britain for 50 years. My great grandfather started out selling appliances and power tools. Then my grandfather was partners in the oil business eventually becoming a hardware store with a niche of plumbing and heating service. Very dishonest. I have call him because we had no heat in the middle of the winter. He came in and tried to sell me new furnace, claiming that it could not be fixed, he wanted to charge me thousands of dollars. He thought he could take advantage of the situation that we had no heat and try to sell me something I don't need. I go another service person and 2 hours later we had heat and furnace has been working without any problems. This guy ether a crook or does not know what he is doing (I would think for over $100.00/hr he would know). Stay away try to find an honest person.
