We worked with Scott for about a year getting the house in to very marketable condition. He assisted with recommendations for selling features and also things not to bother doing as the cost would not be returned in the selling price. With Scott's help we determined the appropriate staging for the house, and picked an appropriate day to put it on the marked. We haggled a bit on the proper selling price, but with the help of Scott and he associates at Windermere, we were able to come up with a proper price. The house sold the day after it was put on the market for the full listing price, and no concessions were required. Scott uses all the current vehicles to advertise the house being available, and the new owners found it on a web site. Scott is easy to work with, very aware of the local market conditions and has a good sense of humor, which if very much appreciated in pressure situations like selling a house. He knows the local vendors if you need a service performed, and all those involved in the closing process. I would recommend Scott for any real estate project you have in mind. -Dick R., Shoreline
