I've known Derick Nelson for 10 years now, & for those 10 yrs he has ALWAYS been professional. Cares deeply about his work & making his customers happy. He really does go beyond the call of duty, & doesn't stop until the jobs are done correct. Thats what we like about Mr. Nelson. Very easy to talk to, & no idea is too silly.
