Enforcement of money judgments in Texas. TRS will bare all costs of research and prosecution of your cause. TRS is paid out of the funds recovered from the judgment debtor. If I don't collect from the debtor, I don't get paid. TRS will NEVER bill the original judgment creditor for ANYTHING.
