We are a local, independent, family-owned Asian fusion bakery. At Mean Bao Bakery, we serve a unique mix of Asian and American pastries & breads.
We appreciate our customers spending their hard earned money at Mean Bao Bakery and we want to put money back into our local economy. We buy local ingredients when possible. Currently we are locally sourcing honey, eggs, milk, flour, cheese, green chili and fresh fruit in season. Our bakery case cards will inform you which items are using local ingredients.
