I took pilates with Angie for two years while she lived in Louisville, Ky and can not expresss my gratitude that she came into my life. I was suffering from horrible back pain and had gone to chiropractors and surgeons to no avail other than surgery and I did not want that at 33. My friend recommended Angie so I went and what a difference two years make. I am not in pain, I walk tall and Angie helped strengthen my back, improve my posture and really got me flexible. She will be greatly missed but a wonderful addition to her community.
