Seminars, presentations regarding Hispanic youth gang culture, prevention, awareness, intervention. Youth peer Prevention and intervention services. Operation No Gangs is a philanthropic endeavor founded by Rob Gallardo in 1998 in Los Angeles, CA and operated in El Paso and the Paso Del Norte region since 2000. As an active community organization in the region, ONG seeks to provide an understanding of the phenomenon of Hispanic youth gangs and gang culture in the El Paso Southwest. Our mission is that of youth gang awareness, education, intervention, prevention and advocacy. We provide seminars and presentations on Hispanic Youth Gang culture for educators, social service agencies, parent-teacher groups and law enforcement. Our youth gang gang disaffiliation and intervention model has been featured in news stories done by NPR, BBC and Milenio Network. Various news stories about our work and gang expertise appear in several newspapers.
