RUN AWAY. This is the worst experience you will ever have as a renter. They will take your entire deposit. No matter what. They did it to us and the people before us. They never fixed anything in the house without charging us. We had picture and video proof of damage that existed before we moved in but sadly that just meant we would have to get a lawyer to get our deposit back and thats almost not worth the money. Charged us hundreds of dollars for carpet cleaning when they tore out the carpet when we moved out, among other landscaping charges, charges for electricians that never did anything for us. The house went on the market right after us so they just used our deposit to fix it up before selling. At the start of our lease the owners would drive by and take pictures of the house. Verbally harassed us once when we asked who they were and why they were taking pictures of our house. Upon moving out we were told the police were being called on us because we left the keys in the wrong place. Constant harassment. Verbal abuse from Joyce in voicemails that I still have. There is no professionalism to be had. You will lose all of your money. Honestly reliving this experience makes me feel nervous and not safe. There are other places to live. Do NOT work with these people if you want a normal living experience.
