Caroline Mackin was given a $150.00 discount which covered her shipping plus part of the product sold. We had attempted to make this right with Caroline and always work with our customers if there are any issues with a product.

KFLY Tronics was one of the worst internet based companies I have ever ordered from. I placed an order 3 days later I was contacted by email that they no longer carried. Because I needed the order by a specific date I asked what products would be available to me. Needless to say I didn't receive my order for the date that I needed it by & all I got was runaround from the company. After waiting 30 plus days I finally received my order. I found out that I could have ordered directly from a different website & saved myself money & aggravation. This website & company isn't very reliable & I would never recommend their services or products. Very UNPROFESSIONAL
