Carrying a broad inventory of furniture items from more than 50 manufacturers, Mathis Brothers Furniture has been a landmark in Oklahoma City since its founding in 1960; other showrooms are currently in operation in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and in the California cities of Indio and Ontario. Mathis Brothers Furniture is currently expanding its Tulsa showroom to increase its space by about 100,000 square feet. When the build-out is completed around October 2012, Mathis Brothers Furniture will shift its existing warehouse operation to the new space and begin renovating the original space, which was built in 2001.
