Had one of the best experiences late last week at Barbershop on w56st. Needed a hair cut before the holidays this week and was looking for a barbershop locally. I found Barbershop on 56st on manta.com. Came in as they suggested off the street for quick hair cut. Was greeted nicely by a barber presenting himself as Alex, same guy as on the Manta page. I got the best cut I ever had. Now Alex and Barbershop on 56st, got a customer as a keeper. Will definitely recommend to my entire office and my friends who all work in the area. Thanks Alex Your #1.

Came back as promised yesterday for the third time. The experience this time is even better than the last. My barber Alex took his time with me. His work can not be beat. One of the nicest barbershops in New York. I liked the attention to detail when it came to my barber finding out what kind of hair cut I would like. Taking his time to explain how he would cut my hair. I was offered a refreshing treat of coffee (mocha) flavored candy while i was getting my cut. So nice to find a real professional barber in New York who still cares about his client. His impression upon me earned him my business going forward. Very Grateful to Alex the barber.
