THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTIST!. My 90 year old mother gave Dereck a deposit of $550.00. He scheduled installation for the next day, cashed her check and did not keep the appointment. She cancelled the contract the day he did not show because he was not trust worthy. The contract states she has a right to cancel within 3 business days. He refuses to refund her deposit He clearly took advantage of her being elderly. This took place in December 2013. Every time we attempt to contact them, they use different names. They have no intentions of doing the honorable thing and should not be allowed to rip the public off. Let a word to the wise be sufficient.
