As one of 88 Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists in the State of Maine, I specialize in family dynamics to include Adult Child Estrangement. This is my private practice in Portland, Maine after relocation from Washington State. I provide individual, family, and couples psychotherapy to patients with a wide range of concerns and mental health issues. The focus of my work is on marriage and family dynamics to include Adult Child Estrangement. I regularly attend seminars and trainings in various theoretical orientations. The breadth of my training and clinical experience covers the lifespan from child to adult. The depth of my training includes chronic mental health conditions, traumatic life experiences, behavioral health, and addictions. There are different approaches I may incorporate in working together with my clients to better understand the issues they wish to address.
