My husband and I have been getting our Bichon Frise, Emma, groomed by Oksana for years at the Princeton location and were extremely upset when we received the news that she left the salon. However, we were so happy when we found out that she opened a shop in New Hope, PA and we immediately scheduled Emma for grooming! Our dog has never been a fan of bathing, brushing, or any other form of grooming until she started to get groomed by Oksana. Oksana has a very gentle and individual approach and understands our dog's likes and dislikes and is able to work around them. Now, Emma even lets me brush her at home! In addition, in all the times we had Emma groomed by Oksana, I can honestly say we have not had a single bad experience and every time Emma looks adorable and we get tons of compliments from anyone who sees her. It takes us over 45 minutes to drive to New Hope to get our dog groomed, but the results are worth the drive and we would drive twice that distance if we had to!
