I called Tray at Computer Clarity to fix my computer and he went into my computer with me online and fixed it in a short time. He taught me how to fix it next time and explained it so clearly that I could understand. I'm 65 years old and have limited knowledge of computers and decided to get a contract with Tray for $35 per month for unlimited access for computer problems and instruction and have been very pleased and satisfied now for about a year.
