Local restaurateur Grant Gieseler, has had his hand in many restaurants around the city. He has brought a vision that he has had for years, in his newest establishment, the Bayou Fish House. Mr. Gieseler, has shared his Louisiana heritage style cooking with the city. "I felt like Northern Kentuckians and Cincinnatians were missing out on great fried fish and signature cajun sides, and I needed to let them finally enjoy it" he said.
