My husband and I are considering a move later this year, so we made an appointment with Alina to view some houses and get a feel for the area. Alina was fantastic! We felt really lucky to find someone so personable who also had an in-depth knowledge of the area's history and neighborhoods. She clearly has a well-established network of experts at her disposal, and I'm positive that if we do move to Palm Coast, we will use her services, and that we will have the best chance for a successful transition due to her expertise.

My husband and I are considering a move later this year, so we made an appointment with Alina to view some houses and get a feel for the area. Alina was fantastic! We felt really lucky to find someone so personable who also had an in-depth knowledge of the area's history and neighborhoods. As a seasoned real estate investor I thaught I would try to find my own residential income properties in Florida... Wow, what a mistake! After I found Virtual Homes Realty I found 3 properties in the first week and was able to close in under a month. Virtual Homes Realty handled every aspect of the deal and over-saw the preparation for rental and then tookover every aspect of the Property Management. I can only hope that Virtual Homes Realty will soon open franchises in Miami and New York. I am very happy customer

The first thing I ever tell a new investor or broker is to know the area and I forgot to listen to my own advice. After several missteps I found the Virtual Homes Realty office. Virtual Homes Realty found several properties in the first week that were much better financial opportunities than I found in several months of searching the internet. The Virtual Homes Realty team also handled the restoration of the properties as well as the commercial and residential property management of the properties. She knew the neighborhood, the landlords got us moving---showing us an array of places and price points. We were surprised at the quality of each apartment, found one that we really liked, and applied that day. That's where Alina really helped out. We got our application in (beating out another application), and then she took it from there, serving as our liaison with the landlord, handling the details, and getting our documents in order. She kept us informed, and we had our place within two days. Being out of state, she was a huge help. We'd gladly recommend (and use) her again!
