A science fiction fan club based in Western New York The USS Niagara is a Science Fiction Fan Club based in Western New York, and is the area's only active Star Trek fan club. The Niagara is a Correspondence/Meeting Chapter of STARFLEET: The International Star Trek Fan Association, Inc. STARFLEET is the 35-year old organization of Star Trek & general sci-fi enthusiasts (more than 4000 world-wide!) which has united the world of fandom in its appreciation of Star Trek, the greatest Human adventure. This unique organization has over 240 chapters' worldwide linking members from one corner of the Earth to the other into one huge fan run organization. It's not just a fan club.
