First of all, the man in the picture is not Larry! Larry came to assist with a laptop not charging. We explained to Larry we thought it was probably charger, but were not sure. Larry sat down at our table & began to research how to repair/disassemble computers on our working computer. He insisted he would have to take the computer to his home and test the charger, etc., and that he would let us know the next day what was wrong. After numerous messages left, emails, and still no response from Larry, we proceeded to the business address listed on his cards (which was his home). After ignoring knocks, doorbells, & phone calls while we stood on his porch, a woman finally answered the door. Larry was sitting in a chair, eating & watching t.v. directly behind the woman. He completely ignored us at the door & the whole situation. We demanded our computer back because there seemed to be no reason to "work on" our laptop for days, when he was only verifying charging capability. Larry finally came out with our laptop completely dismantled. He explained he had to completely take it apart to justify that it really was only the charger that was bad. We took the computer to another technician who verified that Larry had broken all of the connectors in the laptop. Larry accepts no responsibility & is demanding we pay him $50 for his time in the matter. FYI: We had to pay $100 to get the computer back to the original state prior to Larry touching it.
