We began using MJR Cornerstones for the storage of business records in February 2013. From the start it was a very positive experience. MJR Cornerstones makes it all about the customer. We received self-assessment tools to help identify our record and document types as well as some general questions on how often we touch the records, what value they have to the business (personal, historical, legal etc.) Following, we received a customized spreadsheet in which to search for boxes should we need them, to build future boxes of records for storage and to track when boxes are eligible to be destroyed. Start to finish took only about 3 days. Mike showed up at our place of business with barcode labels, applied the labels to the boxes and away the boxes went. We are especially appreciative of the “life-time pricing” per box for signing on for a minimum three year storage contract. When we compared MJR Cornerstones to the local competitors, they cannot hold a candle to the affordable services of MJR Cornerstones -- there are no hidden or extra charges. The two FREE next-day delivery or pick-ups a month will afford our business sufficient services such that we probably will never pay for a delivery or pick-up.
