Headquartered in Kaapa, HI, Western Asset Reserve operates as a live auction house and acquisition firm of investment-grade real property. Western Asset Reserve's Hawaiian location provides the firm with access to many new discoveries in personal property from Asian markets. Plus, the company operates the U.S.-based Western Land Trust, which acquires distressed real estate assets in such popular regions as Utah's Great Salt Lake area, California's California City and Mojave Desert, and Southwestern Colorado's Pagosa Springs. The professional team at Western Asset Reserve has accumulated decades of experience trading in and organizing auctions for personal and real property. On the personal property side, the firm's knowledgeable staffers recognize valuables and lucrative investment opportunities when they see them.
