We've had two cleaning sessions and I'm very happy with the service. I've used them for our office which is 740 sq feet. Two people for 5.5hrs and they get everything needed done. What I love about this service is that they cover everything. I dislike it when cleaning services spend too much time on one area - either costing more to complete, or ending up with areas untouched. These guys know how to balance their time on different areas. We're now going to use them for our apartment.
With respect to the hit and miss reviews - when booking follow-up sessions you can choose to have the same people. During our first session 3 people turned up instead of 2. I'm good with that because it just means everything gets done more quickly. Today 2 people showed up much earlier than scheduled - but they called well in advance asking if this was ok. Their communication is outstanding. And I can't help but feel that by being flexible with them, they will be flexible with me should the need arise in the future.
Highly recommended from someone who is extremely fussy when it comes to cleaning.
