Called AAA for a tow. They sent Mike's to help. Driver Paul gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was near. Because of that call I was able to guide him to the car very quickly. AAA stated 45 minutes, but they arrived after 1/2 hour during a heavy snowstorm. The battery was also dead. Paul was friendly and made me laugh with some humor about the situation. He also taught me how to put the Automatic transmission into Neutral when the car has no power. Additionally, he also went out of his way to show me where the proper tow points were on my vehicle as hitching it to other places could rip the front end off completely. After the tow he guided my vehicle into a small space...he backed it in even during heavy snow and ice...looked like I backed it in myself with my cautious eye. I am very wary of dings and dents and usually park as far away from another vehicle as possible. All in all I would have to give Mike's Towing an A+ rating. I can see why AAA trusts this service. If you need a tow I would ask the AAA rep to send Mike's Towing. Justin
