I called to request a massage last minute because I was able to free up some time. I had trouble understanding the receptionist and asked her to repeat herself twice. The receptionist then asked me if I was deaf and hung up. I don't think it was her accent but in fact the volume set too low on my phone. I think this was very unprofessional and want any others who are looking for a place to know the experience I had myself. I have looked into other reviews and have found other startling information that paints a negative picture of the business. Do not use this business if a certified massage therapist is what you are seeking.
