My experience with Sam Williams Contracting has not been positive. I would not recommend his company. We were quoted a 3 week timeline for a project that should have taken a week, but went ahead anyway because he came recommended. We are now at the end of week 5, and the project continues. We have yet to have had anyone work a full 8 hour day at any time during the project. To make matters worse, the project was to renovate a bathroom to make it accessible for someone with a disability, and he has shown zero compassion for the fact that his delays are much more than a minor inconvenience. He delays, stalls, and gives excuses rather than simply completing the project. Beware of this company.
