We provide high quality and ethical medical billing and collection services for many specialties. We are a full-service medical billing and collections company. We conduct charge entry, demographic posting, insurance and patient posting and collections as well as insurance appeals. Charges are electronically submitted within 48 hours of receipt. Patients are mailed statements and provided courtesy calls for account balance reminders. All of our services fall under one set fee. Our fees are not based on the number of claims, statements or phone calls that are made but on the needs of the practice. Our goal is to collect what is due to the Provider in an ethical and professional manner.
