I recommend you steer clear of this repair shop if you care about your car . Sunny is not the manager . Someone with initials AJ who won't reveal his last name is manager . This business is deceitful and committing fraud by representing itself as certified , and mechanics certified , when neither one is true . The claim they make to be a member of BBB and triple AAA and recommended by these associations are false . The claim that they work with many insurance companies is true , however , they are not a certified shop for one single insurance company due to not having essential tools and equipment needed to qualify , and no certified technicians that have been trained to specialize in repairs needed for collision repair . They also make claim to prefer using factory direct parts and only if authorized from car owner will use other parts which is not true . Also claim no repairs done unless authorized on estimate from customer , and that is not the case either . My estimate was 800 for bumper cover replacement , and went overnight to 2,200 with no explanation provided , and many not necessary added procedures and labor added along with aftermarket inferior parts not authorized as acceptable . Also charged for work and labor not performed , and repairs done are horrible , and vehicle filthy when I picked it up with carpet on driver's side and floor mat permanently stained with orange dirt or clay or dust from sanding . Vehicle worth only 1,800 , and living on limited income .
